Energy is 5.537 cents a kilowatt hour, and with the power supply cost adjustment of 5.932 cents from 1 May 2026 it totals 11.469 cents. Under Net Metering Service Rate 58, for systems up to 25 kW, the basic service charge is billed every month. When you use more than you generate, the net kilowatt hours are charged at the full energy rate including the power supply adjustment; when you generate more, the net kilowatt hours are credited to the next month’s bill. At the start of each calendar year, any balance left from the previous year is bought at the avoided cost energy payment under Parallel Generation Rate 57, 3.728 cents a kilowatt hour from 1 May 2026.
