- PPL’s rate case replaced its tariff on 1 July 2026, and Rate Schedule RS from 1 October 2026 puts the Customer Charge at $15.00 a month, down from $15.62 under the old tariff, with distribution at 6.175 cents per kWh including the ACR 5, USR and SDER riders. “The Minimum Distribution Charge is the Customer Charge,” so $15.00 is the floor; the Distribution System Improvement Charge is 0.00% from the same date. Transmission and generation are billed on top, by PPL under default service or by your supplier.
