A household that generates at noon and cooks at six has moved onto a rate where the hours it buys in are the expensive ones. NEBO also defines what your credit can and cannot reach, and the list is long: a NEBO customer’s total monthly billing “shall not be less than applicable franchise fees; local, state, or federal income taxes; applicable tariff or rider charges; monthly customer charges; meter charges”, and the tariff says in terms that “only the kilowatt-hour (kWh) portion” of the bill is affected. Excess generation is credited or paid at OG&E’s Avoided Energy Cost, and you may not take NEBO alongside any other such tariff.
