Schedule R, Residential Standard Tier Service, sets “CUSTOMER CHARGE (Per Month) $12.00” and defines the floor directly beneath it — “Minimum Monthly Bill: (1) Customer Charge; plus (2) Any additional charges for line extensions, if applicable.” So $12.00 unless your property carried a line extension, in which case the agreement that paid for it sets a larger floor.
